The latest thing happened was, I've got message from my foster family when I was in Taiwan. They ask me to opened my mail, yaa.. I've got mail from them. But, the things that I felt so surprised, they sent me mail, to say happy birthday and also gave the paint pictures as a gift. That was so nice of them. seems like we're a good family, isn't it? I felt I'm a part of them too. hehehe. It just because of their caring and kindness with other people. I like them the way they are. I miss them so much. Hope we still can have a meet again, someday :)

Everything happened for today just because of God blessing. That's why, I do really want to say BIG THANKS to God, for God blessed on my birthday.

I do really like number 21. All about 21 for today. Date of 21, age of 21, the great memories when I was in senior high school is only at '21 Senior High School". The day that I'll never ever forget in my 21st years old. Thanks to all of you. You all complete my day, today :)

unforgettable moment on my 21st

Something missing, till the night come. I felt little bit alone, and no one of my friend remember about my birthday. I really missed them. The way they always said congratulation directly for my birthday in the past. But, I know some of them just using facebook, twitter or YM to say it. Guess what? Suddenly my college friends did a surprised at night. That’s why they never mention the words of “Happy birthday” to me. When I went to have a dinner with one of my friend, at that place they all come and give the birthday cake, and also the gift. This is for the second time, many people come to celebrate it in my campus. It almost complete. The first plan, I want to give a little party, just eat together with them, but something happened to me, which made it I can’t do that. God will always whole-hearted. One of the Restaurant Chef in my campus, ask us to eat free!!. Hahahaaa. Since we are so hungry, so we are so happy and felt so lucky for this night.

I do really love this number of 21.

Today is my greatest birthday in my life after when I was turn on 17 years old.

Many things happened in my life for this day, made all people around me are happiness. For the first thing happened was, my close friend, Sesi turn back again with her boyfriend. This thing is part of her happiness in her life, can't compare with anything. I'm so glad, if my friend was so happy, aren't you? FYI, actually this thing happened before my birthday, but it's almost. So, I wrote this as first thing, just because I wrote this one due to which things was happened earlier. And I assume this happy thing happened on 21day of April, cause this is the happy ending story. :)

Second thing was, my family had called me at 00.00. When I answered the phone, they gave the phone at the speaker of the instrument that my lovely sister played for me. she played a birthday song. When the music end, they all sang a birthday song for me. So noisy. hahaha. but I do really like it. This thing never could happen in my life before. I'm so surprised, and feel happy.

This time I went to Taipei. Spent 3 days in Taipei, after the internship. Cause on Friday I have to go back Malaysia.

I’m with Marisa. We spent our time together in Taipei.

We spent about 5 hours in train to reach Taipei. Haha. After we reached the hostel, we went to shelin market, bought something for my sister.

It was a miracle day. Unexpected moment will never forget. Haha. actually, for this day, we plan go to Danshui. And have appointment with my foster family’s friend. but, suddenly I left my phone in my room.

Oh god, how I can have a contact with her? Even I didn’t remember her number, also. We still tried waiting at the MRT station. But, no one come, until one hour. Me and marisa just hope, maybe we can meet my partner, so it’ll easier to have a contact with my foster family’s friend. We’re looks like child missing. Hahaha.

Guess what?! Suddenly, we met my partner! Waw. That’s really amazing. “the secret” happened in my life. Hehehe. And it really helpful. If I didn’t met him, it’ll never happened to had a contact with my foster family's friend and also to went around Danshui, cause we didn’t know, how to get a bus to go somewhere else, since we can’t read Chinese. Hehe.

7^th January 2010

It was our last day in Taipei. Me and marisa went to National Palace Museum. It was a nice place.

And after that, we went to Taipei 101. Even we didn’t go up to Taipei 101, but, we did take a picture outside Taipei 101. Hahaha. I think, that’s the important things. Took Taipei 101 building picture. Hehe.

memories that never be forgotten

It’s little too late to continue my story about Taiwan, isn’t it? Since, I also don’t like to write story in the book by my hand, so I just type it in my computer. But, actually, I don’t really like to write my story. Haha. hmm. But, I think this story must be good memories for the rest of my life. So, I have to write it, so I can’t forget it. Hehe.

That was my name in Taiwan. everyone there called me Andi. hahaha. they just cut my name from the in front. Then, my name just like a guy name. haaha. that's fine. Andi Laoshi, maeans Teacher Andi. That was calling from everyone in school. hahaha..

What did I do in that school for 6 weeks? I teach English song for 3rd – 6th grade students in their break time. So, it just about 20 or 15 minutes. And for 1st and 2nd grade students, I teach simple daily English for them. For 1st grade students, they were cute students. Hahaha. I’d like to play with them. ;)

They have a special day for Wednesday. Hahaha. They usually will go back earlier from school. Since I was there for them, so the Principal decided, some of students who don’t have any activities after school, they have to stay at school to join activities made by me and my partner. Hahahaha. Sometimes, I don’t have any idea, what activities for them. It such a long time for them.

Wedding Party. My foster family, ask me to went the wedding party with them. hahaha. I’m so lucky, can attend their chinese wedding party. Yaaa. It’s my first time to attend that event.

That’s the first week I’m in Taiwan. AIESECer from Taiwan, ask EP (exchange participant) to go around Tainan City. I like this part. Cause, I can meet Marisa. Hahaha. Finally I can speak my language, Indonesia. I’m so happy, that was so comfortable. Hehe.

Second week I’m in Taiwan. I’m not going anywhere. Something happen with my foster family. 4 of them got H1N1. Since they worried about my healthiness, so I have to move to another family. And I stay with my partner. Can you guess, I live in one house with him. and it’s kind of bored, cause nothing to do, and they also don’t have any internet. Waaa... But, I like their family. Their children were so funny. They are so kind. I just stay for 5 days with them. My foster family, getting better soon. So, I have to go back to their home.

Actually, my main taks for come to Taiwan was promoting HIV/AIDS to many school. But, since I went to a small county, so I just promoted to 4 elementary schools and 1 junior high school.

10^th December 2009

For the first promoted day was in Jong Jou elementary school. Hahaha. Don’t you know that they can’t understand what I’m talking about. Even so slowly. But, sometime they can got what I mean. That’s why I have a partner during the presentation. My partner can speak Chinese fluently. Haha. He’s also from Malaysia. Actually he’s USM student. He becomes the translator during the presentation.

Happy belated birthday to you, dear Ann. She’s the 1st grade student. She’s my favourite student. Hahaha. I really like her. She so cute. Before, I thought she’s a cute boy, but suddenly, I saw her shoes, it was pink colour. Hahaha.
I miss the way she hugged me when she just arrived at school. called me from the gate and run then hugged me. I miss the way she talked everything to me. she talked in Chinese, then I responded her with Indonesian. haha. but, sometimes she try to speak English with me. nice.I like the way she ask me to come to her class in her birthday. hehe.

3rd week I’m in Taiwan. I went to CHIMEI Museum with my foster family. And I found “Keris” (kind of sword from Indonesia) in that museum. Hahaha. Wonderful. I can’t imagine, they’ll put it in that museum.

Second Promoted day for HIV/AIDS. I went to Ren Guang Elementary School. It’s not a big school, but the principal was so nice. She’s so friendly. And I’ve got the certificate from that school. Even, they wrote it in Chinese and I can't understand it, but I really appreciate it. Now I know the meaning already. my partner has translated it to me :D Thank you so much.

16^th December 2009

Third promoted day for HIV/AIDS. I went to San Tzs Elementary School. All school were same. They can’t understand what I’m talking about if there is no translator. Hahaha. But, it was nice experience to did job like this.

22^nd December 2009

Fourth promoted day for HIV/AIDS. I went to Ren Ai Elementary School. Hmm. This name of school, remind me one of my friend’s name in senior high school. Hahaha. Little bit shock, when I know this name will become a name of school in Taiwan. hehe. The students in this school had prepared something for the end of the presentation. They prepared the Chinese words. Even I can’t read it, but someone had translated it to me. It’s just about preventing HIV/AIDS.

23^rd December 2009

It was a last day to meet AISECer. Because this day was a Farewell Party in National Chen Kun University, Tainan City. All of EP have to presentation about what did we do in school. But, luckily, they don’t have enough time, so they have to cut the presentation. So, me and my partner can’t do the presentation. Hahaha. Why I said lucky? Cause, actually we still not prepare a good slide yet for it. Hoho..

25^th December 2009

Yeah, it’s Christmas Day. actually they’re not celebrate the Christmas day. I guess, maybe since I came to their school, so they want to celebrate it by play a Christmas song while go around the school and gave candies to everyone.

28^th December 2009

It was the last day for me to have a promoted day of HIV/AIDS. I went to Tainan County Syuejia Junior High School. It also the biggest amount of students to attend the promoted day. hahaha. Before, I thought, if they are junior high school, it will be easier to understand English. Still, I have to speak slowly, so they can understand it. Hehehe..

31^st December 2009

Night before new year. Usually, we’ll go outside to celebrate it, am I right? But, in Taiwan, I just in front of the TV when the New Year come out. Hahaha..

It was fine. Cause Jong Jou, had a kind of grand dinner for some student’s parents and for all students. Since my foster family is a leader of student’s parent, so I have to join with them to attend the event.

1^st January 2009

For this time, I did unusuall activities. Haha. don’t you know what? I went to the beach. Haha. Actually, my foster family’s house not just around the fishing area, but really near to the beach. But, just for this time I went there. Cause previously, it was so cold, and the wind was so hard, so kind of impossible to go there. The beach was nice, and not many people go there.

And after that, I went to fishing. Haha. finally, I’ve tried to fishing! Even, I can’t get a big fish. And we ate the fish that we got. Hahaha. Nice experience. ;)

4^th January 2010

The last day in Jong Jou elementary school. For Monday, they usually have a ceremony. But, for today, they didn’t make it, because it was me and my partner last day to stay at school. I’ve posted my feeling on that day in this blog, already. It was so sad. Many students gave me little souvenir, to make me always remind them.

And for the first grade teacher, she gave me the CD about when I teach in her class and all memories with first grade students. It was so nice, and made me so touched.
